This is how this experiment started. I started with a sus4#5 chord and it wasn't long before I was attaching an omnichord to five different pedals. There seems to be a story thread between Lake Placid, 1994 and this one. It's unintentional, but it's interesting to think about.
lyrics
Torn pages of diaries
I'm dying to forget
Mind can't find the harmony
Only the punishment
Measure for measure
Pay for a broken heart
Harvest, cull the souls
Never find a way back home
Forgotten halycon days
Make way for digging graves
And out come the wolves
Nothing goes the way it should
Long day for heathens
I haven't got a prayer
I sing the sorrow
But no one seems to care
Falling to my knees
In consecrated earth
I know all that I've done
God knows I'm not the only one
Forgotten halycon days
Make way for digging graves
And out come the wolves
In the blood, there's nothing good
I know I'm not going to heaven
Forgotten halycon days
Make way for digging graves
And out come the wolves
I didn't have to be so cruel
Nothing goes the way it should
In the blood, there's nothing good
I didn't have to be so cruel
Nothing goes the way it should
